GlenBillett offers photography consultancy, visual branding, and creative direction for commercial projects in South Africa. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as agreed in a written proposal or contract.
Clients retain ownership of their brand materials. GlenBillett retains copyright over all photographic and creative works until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
GlenBillett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that point. GlenBillett may suspend access to the website for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
